An astrological sign does not predict what someone will do tomorrow. It describes a default posture: the way they instinctively approach a problem, a conflict, a deadline. That posture is what we cover here, and only that. No romantic compatibility, no horoscope, no predictions. A way of reading behavior applied to a team context.
Each profile follows the same grid so you can compare two people without effort. Their ideal role, the tasks they handle better than most, what drains them, which pairings click and which need structure. The profiles are written in the third person, deliberately descriptive. You are the manager. The sign described is your team member.
One useful note. A team member is never a pure archetype. What you read here applies to their dominant posture, not to their full personality. If a profile does not match someone you know well, try the opposite sign or their element. There is almost always a second archetype that completes the first, and that is what keeps this way of reading useful over time.
