These Terms of Service govern the use of the AstroTeamFlow service, provided by Yukaji.

AstroTeamFlow is a SaaS platform that helps managers read and align their team using astrology-based insights. The service is accessible online via a web browser.

AstroTeamFlow is fully free of charge. Accessing the service requires no payment, no credit card, and no commitment of duration.

Account creation is open to any adult with a valid email address. No payment method is collected.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Deletion is immediate and all personal data is erased (see privacy policy).

We aim to provide a 24/7 accessible service. However, interruptions may occur (maintenance, technical incidents). As the service is provided free of charge, these interruptions do not entitle you to any compensation.

Astrology-based insights are provided for informational purposes only. Yukaji shall not be held liable for management decisions made by the user based on the service's suggestions. As the service is provided free of charge, any contractual liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their formation, performance, or interpretation, an amicable resolution shall be sought first. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the Tribunal judiciaire du Mans (France).

For users who qualify as consumers under French consumer law, the jurisdiction clause above does not apply. In that case, the competent court is the one covering the consumer's place of residence.

In the course of using the service, you (the “Data Controller”) may enter personal data relating to third parties, including the first names, dates, times and places of birth of your team members.

By entering such data, you expressly declare that you have obtained the prior and explicit consent of each person concerned, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), or that you hold another valid legal basis for this processing.

AstroTeamFlow acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, processing this data on your behalf. As such, AstroTeamFlow undertakes to process this data solely for the purposes described herein, to protect it with appropriate security measures, and not to transfer it to third parties without your explicit instruction.

You are solely responsible for fulfilling the information obligations set out in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR towards the individuals whose data you enter. In the event of a complaint from a data subject to the CNIL or any competent supervisory authority, you undertake to cooperate with AstroTeamFlow to respond within the legal time limits. Liability for the absence of consent or a valid legal basis rests exclusively with you.
