Is this guide serious?

This guide is documented, structured, and designed as a management tool. It does not promise to predict the future, it does not ask you to believe in anything. It gives you a way of reading behavior you can cross-reference with your own observations. If you already use MBTI, DISC profiles, or the Big Five, you will recognize the same logic: archetypes, strengths, friction zones, concrete recommendations.

I don't believe in it. Can it still be useful?

Yes, and that is probably the best starting point. Read the profiles as hypotheses, not as truths. If a profile makes you say 'I hadn't seen it that way,' the guide did its job. If it seems off for someone you know well, you just learned something about that person: their work behavior does not follow the archetype, and that is useful information.

How do I use this guide day-to-day in my management?
