From your account settings, in one click, anytime. No commitment period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

You keep access to your existing data, but Pro features (full chart, advanced astro calendar, 1:1 mirror) are disabled. You are limited to 1 team of 5 members maximum. No data is lost. You can reactivate Pro anytime.

Yes. Hosted on Supabase in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete all your data in one click from your account settings.

By adding your team members' information (first name, birth date), you certify that you have their consent. Birth date is intimate data and should be handled with care. Birth time and place are entirely optional and only matter on the Pro plan for the full chart.

No. Your data and your team members' data never leave your account. No third-party AI, no commercial sharing, no training corpus. The astrology computation is local and deterministic.

No. The tool is designed as a way of reading team dynamics, not as absolute truth. Many users treat it as a conversation prompt to surface tricky HR topics with a lightness that defuses them. If you do believe, that's a bonus.

No. AstroTeamFlow is single-user on the manager side. Your members do not create accounts. If you want to share a reading with them, you do it manually (screenshot, copy-paste, conversation). This is a deliberate choice to keep managerial control.

No tool is universally better. Astrology has the advantage of being visually rich, culturally familiar, and free of training cost. For a manager who wants a quick and engaging way of reading their team, it is a good starting point that does not preclude using MBTI alongside if you prefer.

Yes, via CSV. The expected format is simple (first name, birth date). A sample export is available in the interface. For larger teams, CSV import is the fastest path.

Yes. The full interface, astrology content, and emails are available in French and English. You can change language from your account settings or via the language switcher in the footer.

From the app, the Support button (lifebuoy icon) opens a window where you describe your issue. Outside the app, write to hello@astroteamflow.com. Response within 48 business hours (24h on paid plans).

What you usually call your sign (Aries, Taurus, etc.). It describes the position of the Sun at the time of your birth and indicates your action style and vitality. It is one indication among others, not a full portrait.

Sky map at the moment of your birth. It includes your sun sign, your Moon, your ascendant, and the position of every planet. AstroTeamFlow computes it from your birth date (Sun + slow planets) and enriches it if you fill in your birth time and location (ascendant + full personal planets).

The first-impression posture you project in meetings or interviews. It is computed from the exact birth time AND location. Without both, the ascendant cannot be calculated.

Describes your emotional needs, how you react under pressure, and what helps you recharge. At work, this is what explains why some people need quiet between two meetings and others do not.

The planet of communication and thinking. It indicates how you formulate ideas, transmit information, and learn. Useful for understanding communication styles within a team.

Describes what motivates you, your sources of work satisfaction, and your collaboration style. A strong Venus seeks harmony in the group.

Your action style and how you handle conflict. Mars says how you tackle a topic, at what pace, and with what directness.

The planet of growth, opportunities, and optimism. It indicates the areas where you naturally expand.

Geometric angle between two planets in a chart. Aspects describe how the energies of these planets combine. The main ones: conjunction (fusion), trine (harmony), square (tension), opposition (complementarity).

Score that measures the natural affinity between two profiles, based on element and main-planet crossovers. A high score indicates fluid collaboration; a lower score indicates points of vigilance worth knowing.
